CoachMatching is a national coaching, learning and development and strategic management consulting company. We have a large national pool of highly experienced coaches from a variety of disciplines, backgrounds and coaching schools. All of our coaches have been independently assessed, hold recognised coaching qualifications; have both life and business experience and share a common passion for supporting others to achieve their goals. Our strategic alliances throughout South Africa enhances our ability to deliver national and regional bespoke solutions for our clients.

Lindy has over 13 years’ experience in the corporate sector leading teams and managing business units, predominantly in travel and tourism, general management and call centre management. For the last 20 years, Lindy has owned and managed Dyad Training and Development, a people development and training business which focuses on soft skills training, leadership development, workshop facilitation, motivational speaking, coaching enablement and experiential learning. Lindy also co-owns an e-learning platform to encourage blended learning called MySkills.Africa.
