Lindy has over 13 years’ experience in the corporate sector leading teams and managing business units, predominantly in travel and tourism, general management and call centre management. For the last 20 years, Lindy has owned and managed Dyad Training and Development, a people development and training business which focuses on soft skills training, leadership development, workshop facilitation, motivational speaking, coaching enablement and experiential learning. Lindy also co-owns an e-learning platform to encourage blended learning called MySkills.Africa.
